Information we collect

• Contact data: your name, phone number, email address, and information you choose to send us.
• Appointment data: the service, requested or confirmed date and time, booking status, customer and booking identifiers, and appointment notes you choose to provide.
• Transaction data: service price, payment status, payment method category, and Square transaction identifiers. Square handles payment-card details; we do not store your full card number on this website.
• Hosting and device data: network and request information needed to deliver and secure the site, which may include IP address, requested page, request time, browser, operating system, device type, approximate location, and referring page.
• Analytics and performance data: page views, page path, browser and device information, approximate country or region, network speed, Web Vitals, performance-element attribution, SDK version, and event time. Query parameters and URL fragments are removed before these events are sent.

We collect booking information from you when you make or manage an appointment. Hosting, device, analytics, and performance information is collected automatically when your browser loads the site.

How we use information

We use information to schedule, confirm, provide, change, and cancel appointments; process and record transactions; respond to you; operate, protect, and troubleshoot the site; understand aggregate site use; and improve loading speed and reliability. We may also use or disclose records when reasonably necessary to comply with law, prevent fraud, protect safety or rights, or resolve disputes.

Providers and recipients

We use the following providers for the purposes described above:

• Square provides appointment scheduling, customer-directory, and payment services. Square receives the information you enter in its booking or payment experience and processes it under its customer-facing privacy notice.
• Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights support site hosting, aggregate traffic measurement, and performance monitoring. Vercel receives the hosting, device, analytics, and performance data described above.

We may also disclose information to government authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect people, the shop, or the service.

How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes in this policy, including providing appointments, keeping business and transaction records, meeting legal or accounting obligations, preventing fraud, maintaining security, and resolving disputes. Appointment and transaction records held in Square follow the shop's account settings and Square's retention obligations. Hosting and aggregate measurement data follow Vercel's applicable retention practices. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, unless the law requires longer storage.

Your requests and choices

You may ask to access the personal information we maintain about you, correct it, or delete it by emailing Chavosparlor@gmail.com. Please describe your request and the contact information connected to your appointment. We will take reasonable steps to verify that the request is from you or an authorized representative before acting.

We may deny or limit a request when we cannot reasonably verify it or when retaining information is reasonably necessary to complete a transaction, keep required business records, comply with law, prevent fraud, protect security or rights, or resolve a dispute. Square may also keep information it controls under its own legal obligations; requests about that information can be made to Square through the notice linked above.

Sale, cookies, and cross-site tracking

We do not sell personal information, and we do not provide it to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. This first-party site does not set advertising cookies. Vercel Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies and reports aggregate traffic; Vercel Speed Insights reports anonymous performance measurements. If you open or use Square's booking or payment experience, Square may use cookies, analytics, or advertising technologies for its own services as described in its privacy notice.

Because we do not track your activity over time across unrelated websites for behavioral advertising, this site does not respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals. We do not authorize advertising networks to collect that kind of cross-site activity on this site.

Changes to this policy

We will post an updated policy at this URL and change the effective date when our practices change. For a material change, we will also place a reasonably noticeable notice on the site before the change takes effect when practical.
